Thank you for using our online scheduling system, I hope you find it to be an easy way to schedule appointments.

Just click "Get Started", then press "Continue" and select a time from the drop down menu on the calendar.

Please include the purpose of the call and what you'd like to accomplish when you fill out the form.

Once you submit the form, an email will automatically be sent to you with a link to add the appointment directly into your calendar.

When you finish, please vox me so we can discuss any other information, reports or docs that may be needed for the call.
